About Us
Chris Palmer is the founder of Outdoor Design & Living, a full-service landscape design-and-build company located in Fairfield, Connecticut.
We’ve been building functional and beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients since 1994, helping them connect with their families and friends in deep and meaningful ways. Our clients consist of weekend warriors who love to work in their own gardens as well as those who prefer to have us do the planting.
Our two-acre site at 1301 Bronson Road in the Greenfield Hill section of Fairfield is home to a nursery with a wide selection of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals; an outdoor lifestyle gallery showcasing stone patios, fireplaces, firepits, furniture, and containers; a greenhouse; and a retail shop called The Barn, featuring a treasure trove of items to make your outdoor living more inviting.
