The Reset Spot is a boutique weight loss and metabolic wellness practice in Westport, CT, led by Certified Nutritionist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Irina Gosh, with more than 16 years of experience.
We specialize in personalized weight loss and nutrition programs designed to address factors that may affect progress, including metabolism, appetite, and inflammation — not just calories.
Our personalized approach combines nutrition, acupressure for appetite and craving control, InBody 580 Body Composition Analysis, Food Inflammation Testing (FIT), gut health support, and nutrition support for clients using GLP-1 medications.
