About Us

Infinity Care is a concierge primary care practice in Westport, Connecticut, founded by Dr. Lyuba Kofler, a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Westport resident.
Created as an alternative to the rushed, fragmented experience of traditional healthcare, Infinity Care is built around a simple idea: exceptional medicine begins with a strong, lasting relationship between a patient and their physician.
By maintaining an intentionally smaller patient panel, Dr. Kofler is able to provide longer, unrushed visits, same- and next-day appointments, direct communication by phone and email, enhanced physician access seven days a week, and highly personalized care. The practice emphasizes proactive prevention, early detection, wellness and longevity, chronic disease management, and thoughtful coordination with specialists—giving patients a trusted physician and advocate to help guide their healthcare.
Dr. Kofler brings years of experience caring for patients throughout Fairfield County, including previous roles with Yale New Haven Health and Stamford Health. Recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, Connecticut Magazine Top Doctor, and New York Magazine Top Doctor, she combines evidence-based medicine with a deep understanding of each patient’s health history, lifestyle, priorities, and long-term goals.
