About Us

''TUCK Gin is named after the Saugatuck River that connects the founders in Weston, CT and on the banks of which the gin was originally distilled. We have two delicious gins, both silver medal winners at San Francisco/NY World Spirits Competition, our flagship gin and the same gin lightly barrel finished. The flagship gin is citrus forward with fresh Californian grapefruit peel and fresh Indian jasmine flower, two junipers, that compliment as opposed to dominate, and a spicy finish from green cardamom and star anise. Our flagship gin is super smooth and flavorful, in part because of our process – we are one of only three gins in the world that distill each of our botanicals separately. Our barrel finished gin takes our flagship gin and lightly rests it for 3 months in French oak barrels that have previously aged three red wines. The barrels may be neutral for winemaking, but they are perfect to elevate the gin by adding caramel and vanilla notes to complement the citrus and spice notes of the flagship gin.

Our flagship gin makes stunning Tom Collins, Negronis, French 75's, G&Ts and crossovers like a gin mule or gin rita. The barrel aged gin can create a twist on a Manhattan, Sazerac or Old Fashioned etc. or is delicious just drunk straight. Both gins are available online as well as in many local liquor stores and bars/restaurants.''
